Every shipment goes through a multi-step inspection process before it leaves our warehouse:

Pre-production sample confirmation — we send photos and videos of bulk hair before production, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
In-line inspection during production — length, weight, curl pattern, and color are checked against the approved sample.
Pre-shipment final inspection — we check shedding, tangling, smell, lace quality, and packaging.
Documented quality reports — for orders above a certain volume, we provide a written QC report with photos so you have a record.
